I have to admit massive failure at the moment, too many cakes and bikkies, the Coke has crept back in, but not every day at least. One upside is that I have started drinking a LOT more water, and I have noticed that the cramping I used to have all the time in my legs has eased up.
If anyone has some great low sugar - sugar free baking recipes I would be really greatful for them, I think the swap it approach might work the best for me.
Cakes and bikkies are my downfall too. Unfortunately for me, the only solution was to totally ban myself from baking! Yesterday I baked for the first time in about a month .... and I ended up eating almost all of the slice that I made! Dammit. Good luck with the 'swap it' approach. It's such a great initiative that makes a healthy lifestyle seem much more achievable xxx
ReplyDeleteBananas are great for leg cramps - I try to eat one before bed. Orange juice is also helpful. both have lots of potassium, which is what helps stop the cramping. Good luck with the swap it approach, too, like Jane said.
